Shipping policy

CarPowerGrid works with some of the best names in logistics. All articles would be shipped within 2 to a latest of 12 days. Some products will have to be imported on request and may need a few days of latency and the same will be communicated by our executives via E-Mail or SMS. 

Intimation of Return on our toll free number must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.

Items should be returned in the original condition you had received them. We are unable to accept returns in certain instances:

• Damages due to misuse of product or part - Incidental damage due to mishandling of product.
• Any consumable item which has been used or installed.
• Products with tampered or missing serial numbers.
• Damage / defect which is not covered under the manufacturer's warranty.
• Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the box, manufacturer's packaging if any, and all other items originally included with the product(s) delivered.

You can cancel your order by contacting us before the product has been shipped. Your entire order amount will be refunded. Unfortunately, an order cannot be canceled in case a delivery has already been made or started.

Some orders cant be cancelled because it was "Order on Request", These items are imported so once the order has been confirmed by CARPOWERGRID team, it cant be cancelled, These are applicable mainly like Thule Roof Box, Thule Tent Etc..
